Good and fair analysis. I, too, was hoping for a Japan victory. Of course, it was sweetness to see the ‘little’ players triumphant. I just couldn’t deal with more chants of “USA-USA….” Besides, most of the world were cheering for Japan.

i’m japanese and i’m so glad to see in my living time japan won the world cup! i must say women football is beautiful and i like it so much! no racism, no bad fouls, no bullshits, etc i hope men should learn from women football.

I don’t like the way brazilian Women’s National team play…they play like the men’s team…with lots of anti-sportsmanship or dangerous moves. In the Germany World Cup finished in July, the team was far from playing Fair-play Trophy…Japan did, and so they deserved the Fair play…and they won the World Cup, which makes them a very amazing team…

Mundial feminino foi muito intenso, e uma grande pena que o Brasil nao consegui segurar a lideranca contra os Estados Unidos. Com um gol e jogadora a mais nao tem justificativa pela elimnacoa. Legal que voce tambem concorda.
Japao foi um GRANDE exemplo de forca de espirito.

Em todo caso, Brasil foi eliminado prematuramente, e com razao. Sou brasileiro, mas sou realista e muito critico. Estava torcendo muito tambem pra Japao e Canada, mas Canada nem se classificou pra fase de Play-off. Fiquei muito contente que o Japao consegui sobreviver ate a Final, e surpreendentemente, venceu a Final.
