Japan become the first Asian nation to win the women’s World Cup after a thrilling final against the USA in Frankfurt. Al Jazeera’s Nick Spicer has this report from the German city of Frankfurt.

@dappomb6523 Lol wether the women teams are good or not we just dont give a bloody **** nobody does ,and wth it doesnt matter putting effort into female players development, anyway yes we can call ourselves advanced nations in football society not only because we have really good national teams but also because its the most popular sport, almost every damn kid playes football.. your statements dont make fucking sense

@sm0keshell So, how many times have Brazil, England, France, and Germany ever won the male world cup in total? All of their WNT had become the last 8 in latest WWC though. Also Spain youth WNT had won 3rd place last U-17 world cup last year. Anyway, You Netherlands, Argentina, and Italy must put more effort into female players development if you call yourself advanced nations in football society.
