When and where can you get tickets for Brazil World Cup 2014?

I want to know how the whole ticket buying process goes, since I’ve never been to a World Cup game. Can you only buy the tickets from FIFA? or do other agencies sell them? FIFA will announce on the ticket sales 1 year before the game.
